12 Weeks | 4x/week
This ain't your typical strength program. We're talking serious barbell work - squat, bench, deadlift. I'll teach you how to move heavy weight safely and efficiently. Had a guy add 80lbs to his total in his first cycle.
Expert
16 Weeks | 5x/week
Snatch and clean & jerk - two of the most technical lifts you'll ever learn. Requires patience, mobility work, and tons of practice. But man, there's nothing like hitting a PR on these movements. We start from the basics and build up.
Beginner
8 Weeks | 3x/week
New to lifting? Perfect. This is where everyone should start. We'll cover proper form, basic movement patterns, and build your foundation. I don't care how strong you wanna get eventually - you gotta learn the fundamentals first.
Beginner
10 Weeks | 3x/week
Never thrown a punch? No worries. We start with stance, footwork, and basic combos. Boxing's one of the best workouts you'll ever do, plus you'll learn to actually defend yourself. My students always say they wish they'd started sooner.
Advanced
20 Weeks | 5x/week
This is the real deal - striking, grappling, wrestling, submissions. You'll train like an actual fighter. It's demanding as hell, but if you're serious about mixed martial arts, this'll give you a solid foundation across all disciplines.
Intermediate
12 Weeks | 4x/week
Eight points of contact - hands, elbows, knees, shins. Muay Thai's brutal and beautiful at the same time. You'll develop power, timing, and cardio that'll carry over to everything else you do. Plus, hitting pads is therapeutic as hell.
Intermediate
8 Weeks | 4x/week
High intensity interval training done right. We're not just jumping around randomly - every workout's got a purpose. You'll torch fat, build conditioning, and push your limits. Fair warning: you're gonna be tired, but you'll love the results.
Advanced
12 Weeks | 5x/week
For athletes who need serious gas tank. We mix running, rowing, assault bike, and bodyweight circuits. This program's designed for fighters and competitors who can't afford to gas out. Not glamorous, just effective.
Ages 12-17
Ongoing | 3x/week
Built this program for my own kids, honestly. Focuses on movement quality, building confidence, and developing a healthy relationship with training. No crazy stuff - just age-appropriate strength work, agility, and sports conditioning.
Ages 10-16
Ongoing | 3x/week
Teaching kids boxing and basic grappling in a safe, controlled environment. They'll learn discipline, respect, and how to handle themselves. Plus it's a great outlet for energy. We keep it fun but structured - seen it work wonders for confidence.
